A robust and adaptable logistical solution

The pallet factory activity is housed in a dedicated 3,500 m² building, with 2 additional hectares reserved for storage. This system allows strong responsiveness to meet orders, including large series, while guaranteeing traceability and consistent quality.

Pallets can be manufactured from softwood, beech, or a mix of species, according to the client's weight, resistance or export constraints. For companies in the steel sector in particular, choosing harder wood, like beech, remains a functional requirement.

A wide range of wood models

Ciolli Frères manufactures different types of pallets, adapting to industrial uses:

• 2-way entry pallets, more economical, for short circuits
• 4-way entry pallets, with pallet truck access on all 4 sides
• Perimeter pallets, reinforced for heavy loads
• Wood frames, for wedging and secure transport of parts

The company also masters the manufacturing of custom formats, particularly for non-standard dimensions, with a manufacturing range from 1.5 m to 2.5 m. Products comply with ISPM 15 standard, which guarantees their acceptance for export without additional treatment.

Production capacity reinforced in 2024

To absorb the growth of its orders, Ciolli Frères engaged a complete renewal of its production lines in 2024, with the installation of a robotic manufacturing chain. This new tool allows gaining in pace, precision and regularity on each series produced.

Located in Beaumont, in Grand Est, close to Benelux and Germany, the company benefits from a strategic positioning for road service. The site is accessible by a national road classified frost-free, which ensures logistical continuity even in winter.
